At the OnTheDoll Guild, we strive to ensure every S-Rank Companion arrives at your base in “Mint Condition.” However, we understand that sometimes a “System Error” or “Critical Glitch” may occur during the summoning or teleportation process. This protocol outlines how to handle Undo Commands and Gold Reversals.

The Soul-Bonding Rule (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the Biological Safety Protocols surrounding high-end silicone units and intimate “Personal Gear,” we maintain a strict policy:

• The Barrier of Protection: Once the “Seal of Protection” (original plastic packaging/box) has been breached, the unit is considered Soul-Bonded to the player.
• No Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns based on “Change of Mind” or “Personal Preference” once the package is opened. Please verify your “Waifu Choice” carefully before confirming your quest!

Critical Glitches: Defective or Damaged Loot

If your companion arrives with a “Critical Failure” (manufacturing defect) or was “Damaged in Transit” (broken skeleton, torn skin upon arrival), you are eligible for a Recall Mission:

• The 24-Hour Scan: You must perform an “Initial Inspection” and submit a Support Ticket within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Evidence Intel: You must provide high-res “Screenshots” (photos) and “Video Logs” (unboxing video) clearly showing the glitch. Without video proof of the unboxing, it is difficult for our Mages to verify that the damage occurred during teleportation.

Recall Eligibility (Return Conditions)

To qualify for a Gold Reversal (Refund) or Unit Swap (Replacement), the following conditions must be met:

• The unit must be in its Original Spawn State (unused, with all accessories, outfits, and manuals included).
• The issue must be a Factory Glitch (e.g., non-functional joints, severe skin discoloration, or incorrect character model delivered).

The Recall Process (Step-by-Step)

1. Open a Support Ticket: Contact our Command Center via the official contact portal.
2. Intel Analysis: Our Tech Mages will review your photos/videos. If the glitch is confirmed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Scroll.
3. Return Teleportation: Pack the unit securely in its original “Stealth Packaging.” You will be provided with the coordinates for the return shipment.
   • Note: Players may be responsible for “Return Mana” (shipping costs) unless the error was entirely on the Guild’s side.

Gold Reversal (Refunds)

Once the recalled unit has been inspected and the glitch verified at our base:

• Mana Restoration: A refund will be issued to your Original Payment Mana Pool (Credit Card/PayPal).
• Processing Lag: Please allow 5–10 business days for the “Banking NPCs” to process the reversal and for the gold to appear back in your account.

Non-Returnable Loot

The following items are exempt from the Recall Protocol:

• Gift Cards / Digital Shards.
• Customized Units: Dolls with specific “Custom Stats” (special skin tones, custom face-ups) tailored specifically to your request.
• Sale Items: Any loot purchased during “Limited Time Clearance” events (unless defective).

Canceled Quests (Order Cancellations)

• Pre-Processing: You can cancel your quest for a full refund within 24 hours of the Gold Exchange.
• Post-Processing: Once the “Crafting Phase” has begun or the unit has been dispatched to the Logistics NPCs, cancellations may be subject to a Restocking Fee (20–30%) to cover labor and material costs.
